In the 67 chassis manual it shows 2 retaining type brackets for a c6 transmission vacuum hard line, one under a bolt at the top of the bellhousing and one lower on the trans very close to where the hard line ends. Are these brackets usually there and if so what finish would they be.
So I followed up with Chris and this is what was sent, so if the clips are correct for a 67 C6 Im thinking my reproduction hard vacuum line might not be correct. The pic with the clip installed on the trans was on there when I purchased the car. The hard vacuum line is just laid in place for reference and to identify it.
Any idea if Chris Brown would have clips for C4 as well?
I don't think so Marty but the good news is that the C4 is perhaps 20 times more prevalent the C6 in junk yards and the like.
