Topic: 67 Buck tag - Dearborn

Do I recall correctly not all 67 Dearborn cars got a buck tag?

Don't believe they were a feature on 67 Dearborn cars at the start of production that model year.
Possibly first used in the spring of 67. Earliest I have record of is from a possible March (sorry no Marti report on the VIN)  car.

Checked the Buck Tag Chain Letter and we didn't receive many 67 Dearborn examples in that effort from 1998.

Earliest buck tag information I have is for 7F03S174109. Based on the VIN, I guess this S-code may have rolled through the line late December 66 through February 67 (Dearborn tags didn't have a date on them for the 67 and 68 model runs).

Same one I have (you likely shared it with me) 

Using the Mustang Production Guide for help other VINs similar to that came up with a projected build date of "C" (March in that book so that is where I came up with my estimate - would guess possibly a month in either direction

My April 28 67 cougar came with a buck tag. All cougars being built in Dearborn in 67.

Thanks guys, I thought there was something unique about 67 Dearborn buck tags.

For reference, my Feb 7 Dearborn Mustang does not have a buck tag and no screw hole so it never did.
