Whose "concourse" plug wires are correct?

Mansfield and SCOTT DRAKE seem to offer their plug wire sets for 68' 390's with different plug boot colours.
Mansfield's listing photo shows their wires having all orange plug boots, however SD's wires only have one boot coloured orange. Of course SD claim theirs are MCA approved etc...

Not being one to doubt Bill's accepted expertise or wishing to start an argument, but whose actually ARE correct, and why?

A lot depends on the context of the application and year. Some may be correct for one year and application and not another .

As discussed before there isn't any "MCA approved" parts since MCA doesn't do that. ;)

I think the term used by SD is "accepted". Not so strong...

Thanks Bob. In each case I had selected the correct year, engine etc from their respective when store options.
1968 390GT smog. Built Metuchen in early March 68'.

As both MARTI and SD go for the one orange plug boot (#5?), I'll take that as the consensus unless someone here says otherwise.

I think Ford switched over to having all of the boots to the high temp orange colored by 68 for the BB. I was under the impression that 67 was the last year for the black boots and the single orange.
