Not the markings that i have seen. i would guess aftermarket . No markings is more the typical IMO.

In general, most Ford hex bolts (and hex screws) have a recess (a depression) as part of the head design. That bolt has a flush (my word) head design. However, the concentric circle manufacture's identifying design on the head is on other Ford used bolts.
What is missing from the first post is the size - 1/4-20 or 5/16-18 - and the length.
