Pulley info from '75 Ford MPC. May also have Mercury applications.

Car line codes:
A = Full size
B = Fairlane
F = Mustang

Amended: found one entry in the '75 L-M MPC for the C6AZ-C, which is the replacement listed in the Ford MPC for the C6AE-C.

C = Comet/Montego

4 bolt smog pumps were used in 1966-67. Only in California as far as I know.

The Cardone website has one listed that they claim is for a 1966 F-250. Looks like the same inlet/outlet configuration and has the same number cast into it.

Thanks for the help.  Some of these parts came from a March/68 Calif. 390 GT.  Most likely the donor ?  Brian

No, a '68 390 GT pump will have a single hose connection and a different pulley number (C8AE-A for a P/S - no A/C application). Also it would be a three bolt pulley, not a four bolt as Scott explained.

If you have some odds and ends '68 smog parts that you're getting rid of, I may be able to help  ;)

     Well it appears your about, I'll guess, 1800 miles away so a ' come on over ' is not going to work.  These parts range from 65 to 70 and you know the deal; doing a friend a favor.  When I get this stuff sorted out I'll know better what's here.  There may not be any 68 smog stuff in this heap.  Most of that sort of stuff went to China long ago and may explain my inability to recognize any of those parts.  Thanks,  Brian

The pump was likely from a 66 V8 or cylinder given the features shown in the picture. The pulley places the application unless it was swapped out over time. The "scoop" unless ti was rotated (which can be done with ease) might suggest it was on a V8

The "scoop" is the valuable part of the pump. If you sell the pump, or send it out to be reconditioned, keep the "scoop" separate.

Well, here's the scoop on the scoop...It's the scoopey looking thing on the side of the pump that looks like a scoop.  ;D

Apparently some engineer figured the scoop would help cool the relief valve. There were a number of different (much larger) scoops used during the period on other cars/engines.

     Kinda interesting;  I don't know how that scoop comes off.  There are no marking that I can see on the scoop and the three 90 degree elbows ?  They are metal and not plastic.  Some shop guy had a ball making those.  Brian

Metal with a "clip/retainer that "grabs" the relief valve and is attached to the scoop by those two small rivets on its top

You can carefully pry it off with a flat screw driver
