'67 289 oil dipstick tube

Is the mounting tab on the dipstick bent 90 degrees where it bolts to the block....or flat...if the coil is mounted with the same bolt, I'm assuming  the latter.

I have seen the bent tab dipstick tube on 68' models including Falcon, Fairlane,etc..
