Thank you all for the reply's and help!
In attachment pictures of the dipstick and the pulley.
I don't have a picture of the inside of the thumb pull, but when reading the explanation of Bob it must be a later model...
The short bent 'L' handle isn't broken or cracked.
When looking closer (picture 2) there is an other kind of blue just under the lit.
Don't know if that is closer the the term teal ?
But obviously it has been painted afterwards, the inside of the bracket is indeed covered in blue paint.
The tag has been painted over and at the backside it is just bare metal.
Thanks again for all your help!
kind regards,
Jeroen

As a detail note the tag was attached (held in place by the large nut) to the pump housing when the unit was painted

You have a 1970 and later PS dipstick. The color looks to be something similar to engine blue paint. Although the range of tint can vary on the Teal blue because of batch differences the teal blue paint does not look similar in tint and shade to engine blue paint IMO. I will let others confirm if the 7AE pulley is correct for your application.

My Thermactor with AC example has a 7AD pulley.
Page 49 of Chassis assembly manual has the 7AE pulley for nonAC examples.
