Rebuilt 289 question !

hi,

i have a 68 mustang fastback with a 289 built on april 16th ! My first question , maybe can look stupide but what is the original valve cover that go on my 289..i have 3 pairs of valve cover..one its only blue , the other one is blue with powered by ford and the last one was chrome !?

Second question, the engine was paint in one pièces with bolt and gasket or pièces by pièces ?!

I can answer your first question.  The valve covers on a 68 289 are blue with Powered by Ford on them.    :D
