Spare wheel for 69 Mustang with styled steel wheels

Hi.
What type of spare wheel should my 69 mach 1 351 2v have?
The car was built in San Jose and has 12 slotters on it at the moment.

If your asking what the spare tire would be on a car originally equipped with the 12 hole styled steel wheel - another 12 hole wheel I believe with no cap or trim ring mounted as shown in the jack instructions

Agree with Jeff, Our San Jose Mach 1 came with the spare tire and wheel mafching the four on the ground.
