Just thought I would ask this question. Years ago I was working on a 67 GT 350 and one problem was replacing the broken studs on the nose piece. When I removed the broken stud I found it was a bolt( likely a grade 2 ) with a wing nut screwed on backwards, then fiberglassed in with the molded nose. Not very high-tech I thought, but had to remember the time. What have others found?
