Excellent.I always understood these to be natural or bare steel. But, I recently read in an older post on this site that the snubber bracket was phosphate and oil. Which is correct? Thanks,Mark
Put together a new guide on the different style snubber brackets to help identify what is correct for the different years. Keep seeing these listed wrong on Ebay by different sellers so hopefully this will help those who are looking.http://www.anghelrestorations.com/uploads/3/1/7/6/3176630/pinion_snubber_v1.0.pdf
Sounds good Bob. I actually had it referenced to change about Feb 1968 but didnt want to pin down such an exact date without hearing from others. I can change the wording around a bit to indicate that time period.
So here's a question actually two about my 69 9"; I have a pinion snubber in the floor not on the pinion and I don't know how to read the ' i ' with two dots below. Little help ? Brian
