There's at least one on ebay right now:

Not my auction- I can't vouch for the pulley or the seller.

Glad to help! I'm in the process of procuring parts for a '68 S-code and figuring out all the same details you're working on now. Seeing your progress is helpful inspiration!

Per the MPC, you need an "AG", C5AZ-G.

Update: added photo (from mustangtek.com).

I'm seeing a 5 inch "AC" pulley on my car.  Could you see if that's listed in the MPC?

67 390, non-GT, no ac, no TE, single alt pulley

Dearborn car build Feb 67.

Thanks.

67 390, non-GT, no ac, no TE, single alt pulley
Dearborn car build Feb 67.

Looking at a Feb 68 page from the MPC found a PS pulley identified by a stamped AC

4 7/8" dia

Many applications listed but not a single 390 Mustang one
Only Mustang listing is for 65/ 289  without AC after 8/17/64
Part number C5AZ-3A733-C

Its interesting that the 68 MPC does not show a replacement carried by Ford for that specific application - a 5" pulley is listed as stamped with a 7AA

Lets try to show both references - this might show how confusing and possibly unreliable these sources are for finding the original parts for your car - particularly due to the fact that they only list parts carried in stock (possibly replacing the original parts)  and mistakes in the information continue in each

Feb 68 MPC page

C5AZ-3A733-C (Part number) - Marked AC - Application - Mustang 65/ 289 wo/AC from 8/17/64
C5AZ-3A733-F (Part number) - Marked AF - Application - Mustang 67 390 w/AC
C5AZ-3A733-G (Part number) - Marked AG - Application - Mustang 67 390 wo/AC w/Thermactor
C7AZ-3A733-A (Part number) - Marked 7AA - Application - Mustang 65 & 66 289 w/AC from 8/17/64 & Mustang 67 289 wo/dual alternator pulley before 9/12/66

NOTE: The AC marked pulley description shows other 390 applications for that pulley just not noted as for Mustang. Big Ford and Fairlane applications are as follows

67 Big Ford 390 2V wo/AC - Without T/E (Thermactor) dual alternator, super extra cooling or AC
65/ Fairlane and T-Bird 8 cyl. 289, 390) wo/AC

May 75 MPC page

C5AZ-3A733-C (Part number) - Marked AC - Application - Mustang 67 390 wo/AC w/single alternator pulley
C5AZ-3A733-F (Part number) - Marked AF - Application - shown as being dropped and replaced (for service purposes) by C7AZ-3A733-A listed below
C5AZ-3A733-G (Part number) - Marked AG - Application - Mustang 67 390 wo/AC w/dual alternator pulley
C7AZ-3A733-A (Part number) - Marked AA - Application - Mustang 67 390 w/AC

I have some belt questions. I have the Thermactor belt part number thanks to Jeff. I'm needing the altenator and Power Steering belt part Numbers. I have a 1967 dec 1966 build SJ 390 GTA  no A/C  with  Thermactor. System. Here are the belt sizes;

Thermactor Belt -
   P/N: C5TE-8620-L - Size: 36.875"
Alternator Belt -
   Size: 40 7/8"
Power Steering Belt -
   Size: 42 5/8

Also, would anyone know where I could pick up a MPC for my car?

Thanks,

The belts they sent me don't fit (alt., and P/S). I called them, their going to send me the correct sizes. Though, I need to supply them with the P/N's for the belts. The only belts I can find for me car are too big. So I was hoping that someone could help me out.

Thanks for the info Jeff, guess you can't believe everything you read.  ;)

I better check the pulley diameter again, this time with better lighting.  Could be 4 7/8". What's 1/8" between friends?

Pretty sure the pulley is original to the car.

Keep in mind that a correct size belt would typically put the stop bolt in the middle of the adjustment slot once tightened.
