65 High Profile Rally Pac Screws

Does anyone actually sell these screws that are used to attach the rally pac to the column?  According to the excel sheet it is part number 377297-S8 (SCREW,SPCL HD/DRIVE,EXT LKW).  I don't see them in the AMK catalog and I tried Home Depot and the closest I came to that special head was a one way head screw.  I ordered the BRACKET RALLY PAC MOUNTING DELUXE from NPD but did not come with the correct screws even though the picture shows them (part number 3676-1B)

Virginia Classic Mustang sold the screws at one time.

As far as I know no one has successfully reproduced the correct "security screw" for the Rally Pac. There are at least three different versions depicted as replacements, a triple slot fillister head (AMK as 377297-S8) for early 65, a triple tapered slot pan head (379773-S8 not documented) for low profile 65-66 and a hex pan head with a pin in the center of the hex (NPD). The last one may be what was supplied by Ford dealers as an add-on accessory Rally Pac. All require a special tool.

So the allen head screw with the dimple inside of it is correct?  I have those currently on the car now (65 SJ FB).  I thought those were just created recently to prevent the theft of rally pacs...

No, not factory correct. I said they "may" have been part of the dealer sold Rally Pacs, eg - something that works. I've seen it used but wasn't sure of the source. It may be a NPD exclusive item. However, that style of security head has been used by the phone company for over 40 years.

What type of tool is used for those?  Obviously a regular straight head and philips head won't work..

Is it possible the early rally packs were just standard hex bolt, and then changed to that security screw type?
A bit like the 64 1/2 gas cap without the cable and then with a cable for theft prevention?

That picture helps a bunch.  Obviously we'd have to nail down the finish.  But they appear to be standard security screws like you see in a public restroom.  I found a supplier on the Internet. 

PS - My late July '65 Metuchen built GT has just standard hex bolts securing the rally pac.  No idea if a PO ditched the security screws or they found themselves into cars at a different build timeframe.

They are different from any type of security screw I've seen in public bathrooms.  Those are typically the kind that can be tightened with a regular screwdriver, but then made so the same screwdriver can't remove.  The rally-pac style are tri-groove like the link shows.  If someone can get the correct size, the ones on that site should be fine.
