Topic: 1970 Rubber Speedometer Isolator

I was in the process of rebuilding my non-tach instrument cluster and the rubber speedometer isolator was completely dried and brittle.  When I tried to remove it, it broke up into pieces.  Does anyone here have a source for this part?  One of the instrument restoration houses said they had them but did not offer them for sale.

I do not think that it would be hard to make. I save the extra pieces from a heater box kit, it would be easy to cut one.
