Topic: 69 mach 1 I'd tag

Hi,
Looking at buying a 69 mach 1 built november 1968 in San Jose. Just wondering should the ID tag be on the fender or on the drivers door?

Their is a door data tag riveted to the left door listing the Vehicle Identification Number and basic info. including drivetrain and interior options.  The VIN required for registration is located at the lower/left dash.  VIN stamps are also located on both left and right engine compartment fender aprons.  Engine block or one head as well as the transmission are also VIN stamped.  That makes for six locations.  Brian
