FYI the 70 Shelby factory front spoiler has the S9MS engineering number on them. It is another unique variety of the front spoiler. Others will have to explain the different variation "tells" as I am only familiar with the Shelby one.

I sure know why you need a chin spoiler at speeds of like 140MPH! I had a 120 MPH speedo about touching "zero" again in a 67 fastback...I was feeling kinda weightless in the front! Yeah, I was like 18 or 19 when I'd do such a thing on non-speed rated bias-ply tires! I can still pull up a goose-bump or three when I think about that feeling!

70 Shelby factory front spoilers have id #s melted in the plastic on bottom lh side & that is the only spoiler that had any marking from what I have seen.
