You want to go with a semi gloss black paint and if you can only use aerosol cans I would recommend SEMS trim black and it will get you pretty close. SEMS products are available at most auto paint stores. Another thought is a new product I am starting to see is a aerosol can with a button on the bottom and when pushed in will activate a catalyst (hardener) and this will be much more durable however it's a one time shot as it will harden in the can in a few hours but you will use several cans anyway. I don't know if this is available in a semigloss black at this time but it would be worth checking into with a auto paint jobber. Don't forget to buy a good paint resperator while your at it, I use the 3M dual cartridge disposable ones, they last about 40 hours of use and are comfortable enough to use for other things that require a mask like sanding dust etc..
