inquiring if there was blk paint applied in area prior to mounting rear decklid mesh on the 69/70 gt350-500's.  any orig car  pics would be a great help  june/69 gt500  grabber blue -  thanks for all the help so far

  just checked out quite a few pics- none had blk out - just in corners of the extensions-  hope that's correct.

Yes, no black out where mesh goes.
