Newbie - oldbie - reintroduction.
« on: June 12, 2014, 02:48:49 PM »
Hey Guys (and gals), Chris Many here. Some of you may previously know me as "manyc" from the Vintage Mustang Forum. I had to pick a larger username for this forum so I am going by "GroovyGreen69" now.  I have been staying away from Mustang forums simple becuase I have been restoring a 1963 Jaguar XKE over the past 6 years and am now back in the Mustang/ Ford frame of mind. Mustang wise, I have 3 1969 Mustangs, 2 of which are from the Limited Edition 600 promotion. I am about to get my hands on a 1964 1/2 mustang project, so I may be poking my head around here on occasion. Glad to see so many familier names. - Chris

I LOVE XKE's!  Would you mind sharing some pictures of it?

In my mind, they are the most stylish cars ever made for a mass market: pure rolling art!

Hey Midlife, here's a pic. Also if you follow the links below you can see it go through a fully docuemnted restoration.

I just need to install the bumpers to finish it. Also, I met Jerry Heasley this past weekend. He wants to put it in his new book of sports car Barn Finds. Very exciting.
