Where to mount radio suppressor?

see the pic....where do you screw the bracket to?

inner fender or volt regulator?

Regulator, top screw.

I dont think those were black from the Factory.
The engine compartment was painted, the later installed parts were not.

Thats what I thought Tim...but another question....

car in question is JUne 70 351C vert from Dearborn....

Have new repo Marti Battery cables........the neg cable has a bolt bracket that is next to the volt regulator so I thought it bolted to it also?

so does both the neg bat cable mount to top left corner of volt reg and radio suppresor mount to lower right corner on volt regulator?

For the car in question I believe (based on the pictures I've collected) that is correct and the reason I wanted to confirm when the car was built ;)
