relacing door window runners

Looking for info on how to do this.  Helping my shop do a '66 and am more familiar with '67-'68 and the setup is different.  As far as I've been able to see there is a separate upper seal that rivets to the frame and then some type of fabric the glues into the channel.  Unsure if this is all that is required to refurbish the entire door...

Any help/outline appreciated, as I have not been able to find a clear outline of all that is required.

Are you referring to this part of the window channels? (see the before and after picture attached).

Yes, I think so.  On the '67-'68 there is the front channel that "clips in the runner and then screws tot he top of the vent.  There is also the short fuzzy on the rear roller channel. So not sure how these realte and what I need for the '66....
