There are dimensions for the side stripes in the GTCS hardcover book.  But it also noted varaitions.  And if you follow then they don't look right (to my eye)

I just did this on mine last week (scoops and tail, waiting on sides but laid it all out) and ended up laying them out by eye.

Here's what I did.

I leveled the car to the bodyline (amazingly the car sat perfectly level with refernce to this datum as-is with engine and trans out).

Set a laser level to the topmost part of the scoop, then measured down 3 1/8".  This centered the stripe on the scoop.  Marked a tape line behind the scoop.  Lowered the level the 3 1/8" and marked the line on the scoop.  Placed those stripes on the scoops off the car to get a good wrap on the edges and before the grilles and inserts went in.

At the front of the wheel well I dropped the front of the stripe about 1/2".   If you set it level it looks odd as the bodyline drops off a lot from the wheel well forward.

For the rear I placed tape at 6" incerments along the trunk lid lip. Measured down 7/8".  Taped the stripe to the car to view.  Cut the backing on the stripe in the middle, peeled open about 6", started in the middle, and then worked out in about 6" increments, measuring the 7/8" as i went to follow the curve.  Then did the end caps, again taping in place to get alignment and then again cutting in the middle and working from ther down, then up.
