Valve stem extensions
« on: March 01, 2010, 11:08:16 PM »

Seems this is something that probably got tossed at the first tire change. Any idea what years hubcap equipped Mustangs got valve stem extensions?

The photo is of an original Dearborn 67 Mustang with the extensions.

Only 3 on the car so I'm looking for one!  ;D

They look fairly generic.  I wonder if they could be found on other makes and models.  Maybe they were sold by the valve stem manufacturer.

Made by Dill I believe so there might have been other makes and model that got these. Reproductions are available but they have the white ball, not silver. I know a little paint can fix that but I'd like to find one more to match the 3 original ones. Like I said, most of them probably got tossed at the first tire change. ;)
