Heater Cable Clips

Not always, seen plenty that are bare steel or phosphate/oil.  The one that attaches the fresh air vent is usually zinc, but the heater cable ones are typically natural or like a phosphate.

then I best take them out of the "clear zinc" "to be plated" package.  ;)

Also, looks like the one you posted a picture of has a closed hole for the screw.  This is typically found on the fresh-air vent cable.  The heater box cable clips are typically open.
