+1 on Alloy Metal.  While not 100% exact, they are very, very, very close and have never had a fit problem.  And they match the OEM wiring diagrams, as some others do not...

If you have anything of your harness left check out Randy at Midlife Harness restoration.  He is a great guy and knows the wiring inside and out.

If you get a under dash harness, do your self a favor and do check that they put the wires into the correct slots before you plug them into each other.  I found four miss placed in one from alloy. Don't get me wrong it is the better product, but it could be a disaster.

Yes double check - had a similar situation - a few miss matched l-plug in's at the firewall plug on a 69

The current crop of 1969 headlight harnesses from Metal Alloy have a flaw in the wire colors.  This repro harness does not come with the firewall plug, so you have to re-use it, and there are decent instructions for where to put the wires.  Anyway, the harness comes with two green/black wires: one for high beams and the other for the washer pump, but they are not distinguishable.  The instructions states that the washer pump wire is light green/black, but it is identical to the high beam wire.

In the past 3 months, I've had to re-pin 3 of the repro headlight harnesses for international customers.

Sorry for mixing up years, but wanted to post that Metal Alloy's quality control has been slipping ever so slightly, so it is important to double-check everything before hooking up the battery.
