1966 emergency flasher switch in glove compartment

Did all '66 mustangs have the emergency flasher switch in the glove compartment?

And leave it up to Ford to have two different wiring setups. Early 66 Mustangs used a switch and wiring harness as a complete assembly, Later, 3/1/66, the switch and wiring were separate.
