66 AM/FM radio knob shaft
« on: February 14, 2014, 10:00:16 PM »
The right hand knob for tuning just spins on the knob shaft, it doesn't have the "split tube" surround like shown on the left volume knob. What is the part called and where can it be purchased?

I've had this original 66 AM/FM radio for a while and decided to put it in while I was redoing the heater box (and had the glove box removed). I did not realize the tuning knob was freely spinning until I went to put the knobs back on.

I don't know the name of the part or if there are any additional needs you may have for this radio but when I needed my radio repaired I found ads in Hemmings Motor News of various parts suppliers and services available for radio repair.
