Ford Water Pump - 68 J Code

Is this a Ford water pump?  It sure looks like a blue oval to me; it just that it's upside down.  If so, is it worth rebuilding?  I'm sure it's not the original, but if it is a Ford, I'm thinking I would like to re-use it.

Can anyone recommend a source to rebuild the pump.

Need to see the casting number to know. Most good machine shop can rebuild them.
