Restoring '65 Fastback Door Window Stops?
« on: February 08, 2012, 08:32:21 PM »
Hello:
The rubber ends on the upper and lower door window stops have completely deteriorated (gone) on my '65 fastback.  I am told these items are not reproduced, but is there a rubber coating that I restore the brackets?  Is this needed to protect the glass from being scratched? If they can't be restored, I have placed an ad in the parts wanted section.
Thank you!
