Topic: Vacuum Fitting ID?

Can anyone identify the original application (if any) for the brass vacuum fitting in the attached picture? I found it in a box of parts with no label, so I have no idea where it came from beyond knowing that if I have it it might have had something to do with a 1970 Mustang. It's got three small Weatherhead logos stamped on top.

Holley carb rh side metering block yellow vac hose to top of tree. I have seen some late 70 71 holley carbs with the straight out nipple there also.
