Battery cable

Anyone know where to get a positive battery cable for an '89 GT?  Part # is E8ZF 14300 A.  All I can find is E8ZZ 14300 A.

The Ford manual lists E3SZ-14300-A and the required part w/o 72 amp battery. This cable is 21" long and 4 AWG.  Motorcraft WC-8540.  It's also the same cable used on the turbo 4 and the SVO. Easy to find at $100.
