Nope - if you want it you will have to make it. Snake oyl's is not the same - check out the other underlayment discussions

Jeff, I've seen the article where you made sound deadener for the trunk on a '69 Shelby.  Is that underlayment similar to what would've been found on the floorpans also?

Depends - on when the car was built and where. There was a very thin - almost just straight tar layer - used at some plants for certain times
