65 Interior D2 Code Carpet Clarification

My early 65 Fastback has a D2 interior color code. Does the D2 color equate to a carpet color of 1) Ford Blue 2) Aqua or 3) Dark Blue. These are the options listed in the NPD catalogue for the ACC carpet.
