Yes that is the strap being discussed but unless the one in your picture is a 65 NJ car then we're still searching  :) Have hundred of examples of the same drivers side strap from other plants like that. Maybe I'm being to strict, just trying to be certain and correct but without evidence at this point don't know.

I saw that same car as well on FB. I just asked the owner where the car was built
