Topic: 1969 Front bumper codes

I have an original 1969 Convertible built in San Jose on Dec 26th 1968.  351 W 2V, PS, PDB, PT,Am Fm, Tilt, Wiper delay.
I am trying to find the right date code for a front bumper.
I have found one with the following numbers on it and do not know how to decode it.
6151
M7070
Any help would be appreciated.

is the first group of numbers broken up into sub groups like 6   15    1  ?

Believe (like other bumpers and sheet metal) the M relates to the stamping plant

SO my guess would be a June 15th 1970  1st shift  Monroe stamping plant

Or in short - not the original bumper for your car

Jeff is prob right.....I assumed the first set was all together but if broken up that makes sense.....

bumper dates have always been a challenge for me.....have several orig even a service one with sticker still on it..
