1970 "MACH 1" Trunk Letters Spacing
« on: November 04, 2022, 08:39:14 PM »
Can anyone tell me the correct spacing for 1970 Dearborn built, Mach 1's "MACH !" Lettering on the Trunk lid (center to center)?  I applied mine as they came in the Scott Drake package, but I see photos with the "Mach 1" letters spaced out in various degrees.  I don't have a un-restored car to measure in my area, all restored with various measurements.   I'd appreciate measurements from an original car.
Thanks Big Al

If you take pictures with measuring tape or other method of showing the distance between the letters please post them here to help others in the future please. Also include when and where the car was built so that if we discover there is a difference between plants and production periods we know where they were taken from

Thanks for helping out

If you look at the Lock Cylinder of the examples shared thus far, you may notice that there are obvious variations.
