Royal Maroon Sealer Color
« on: January 16, 2024, 09:39:03 AM »
For those of you that have sprayed Royal Maroon did you use a Black dark grey or grey sealer? After doing some spray outs the sealer color seems to drastically change the color. The supplier was unable to mix the paint in other "Better" lines of paint so I'm currently working with Omni. Thanks

Throw Omni in the garbage can! I wouldn't use it to paint a trash can. We restored a 1 owner Royal Maroon 1968 GT Coupe a few years ago. It was refinished using the PPG DBC line. I recall the sealer being dark gray. I'll try to see if the owner saved the DBC mix number.

Used the typical gray under Vintage Burgandy and was very happy with the final look
