Thank you, Jeff for your time looking and researching for me. I'm sure it took quite a bit of time to look at all those pics. I was sure this was one of those times it was different. lol So, I ran the wire like the illustration and the wire comes up short to the resistor block! DOH!!! So now I'm changing it back. ::)

So doing some research just now, turns out my blower motor is for an a/c car. It has square connector at the end of the orange wire instead of the round male "bullet" connector. Does anyone know if there is any difference between the two? Different rpm?

Looking on some other forums, the a/c motor turns higher rpms to push more air through the four a/c vents. I don't remember buying another blower motor. I've been buying parts for 12 years and rebuilt the heater box years ago. I guess I'll buy the repro. repair harness and change the wire to get the right connectors and length vs buying a regular heater blower motor.
