I've included my build sheet to the body of knowledge.  I see in the lower right reference to the wheels and tires although I don't know what all the codes are for.  I do see where there were to have been 5 tires of the same type for the car.  Maybe someone can shed some light on the other codes or at least direct me to a decoder.

Not to get to far off track but no there is no decoder book unless you are one of the very very very few that has one from a plant

The sections are fairly self explanatory

Quality - 5 (total number of units)
Size - E70x14
Rate - 4 (an older way of rating the times by wear and heat characteristics if I recall correctly)
Ply - 2 ply (a way they use to describe the design and in turn rating by the number of plys inside the rubber under the tread. Could be steel or nylon typically in this era)
Type - R (could also be N for nylon. R identified radial this year)
Band - ? (may be a left over from earlier years or for other Ford products in 68)
White - W (likely indicates white wall. Space left blank if black wall)

Hope this helps
