Only one mfg for the foam cover that I am aware of and it is made by D Carpenter.  Blue Dot makes the most authentic looking PS return hose. NPD sells both. The concours PS in their catalog is the Blue Dot.

A portion of the forward sections connecting to the PS cooler is covered with the foam covering.

 2 5''  pieces on lower hose and 9'' piece on upper cooler to pump hose on later cars. remember the foam is a running change in 69.
