Should I have a one piece early "in the tunnel" style fuel line?  SJ Build Date 2/28/67

Guess I need to update this thread and post the results of the survey.

My first suggestion would be for you to check for physical signs of installation but not know how much work you car has had and since we know information about your particular car I'm not going to do that in a public forum. If you want to discuss those we can take this to a PM

From what I've collected it appears that you car was built during a period when the fuel line was routed down the driveline tunnel

Jeff,

I was able go thru some of my pictures and compare them to those you posted.
1.  I can clearly see there is no hole on back side of torque box and no holes along frame rail behind torque box.
2.  I do see a hole for fastener for fuel line bracket in the floor pan inside of the back end of the drivers frame rail (a few inches in front of the seat access hole). 
This seems to be enough evidence that the fuel line ran down the tunnel on #1341, SJ build 2/28/67.  None of these areas were replaced as we were fortunate to have very little rust on the bottom side, no floor panels were required.

Great your cars clues match what shows in the survey. :)

Your car was built about a month before the change took place
