Park Brake to Toe Board seal
« on: February 11, 2011, 05:11:05 PM »

Guys, I just purchsed a new Scott Drake park brake cable (the short one that attaches to the actuator). It's advertised as coming complete with a firewall seal, but doesn't have one.  Does anyone have a picture of what they look like, and know where to purchase them?

Thank

IIRC, the seal is simply a piece of ribbed hose, like 1/2" diameter.

not the best picture but its all I could find.  You can see the hose coming through the firewall.  If I remember correctly it had three ribs running the length of the  hose.  Ill try to check if I remember tomorrow.

I checked and it does have three ribs tight together running the length of the hose.  Unfortunately the way I reinstalled it I cant get a good picture of the ribs.
