Topic: WTT ?65 3911S Fuel Pump for ?64 3734S Fuel Pump

I have a very nice Carter 3911S button top fuel pump that needs to be rebuilt and would like to trade for a rebuildable 3734S for my June ?64 Dearborn D code coupe. The 3911s has a July ?65 build date and has no apparent pitting on the steel half, so it should plate very nicely. There was a crusty C5AE filter with the Rotunda cursive script, so doubtful it has ever been rebuilt.

Did you check with Fred Ballard? He rebuilds fuel pumps and is a member of this forum. Look in "Services Offered" on the second page.

Hi bob, there?s one dated b-4 and supposedly 2 at k-3, I don?t know if that will work for you but let me know, l have one picture, there covered in grease and been sitting around for a long time, if you interested I?ll definitely take a ride check them out and make sure the numbers are right
