Lock knob grommets

What is the correct lock knob grommet application for 1967 deluxe interior doors?  Any information is appreciated.

Same as standard interiors, and common from 65 (not 64) thru 70, a clear plastic grommet.

For future searches - C5DZ-6221999-B "from 6/5/64"

There is also a C2OZ-6221999-B for "before 6/5/64"
