Yes but was it used/installed on the 65-66 and 69-70 cars ?

A sleeve was not used on 65-66 or 71-73

Though I would post a few pictures of some different versions/providers

9R1315xx Looks more of the foam type - Thicker walls

9F2169xx Given the fit may be one of the triangle shaped versions I mentioned earlier. Harder rubber look with ID ribs in the product

9F01F1588xx Another from Dearborn. Again looks to be thinner and harder rubber

Poor shot of the small tack weld/bead Ed referred to in his last response

Has to be a few out in the garage or some where just not sure where they might be

Since they were mentioned guess its ok to add a picture of the inner front bumper arm bumper from 9F1413xx

So for a '69-'70, does this insulator belong on the 17766/67 arm or on the 17754/55 tubular bracket? Seems like two completely different items.
The drawings posted above show both? Which is correct?

Ok, so Jeff's photos explain it. We were typing at the same time...
Now I need a pair of each as mine are missing...

Not that it makes a bid difference IMO since we know what part it is visually but for the "numbers people",

17754/55 shown in reply #6  Reply #10 appears to be a 67-7 illustration
