1973 Mustang Convertible 26k Acutual survivor

A true survivor.  1973 Ford Mustang convertible with only 26k miles on the odometer.  Still owned by the original family.  Used by a little old lady (True!) to drive the 4-H queen around in her county parade.  This car has had service maintenance only – it still has the original exhaust and shocks and all the factory markings.  Survivor class or easy concours with tune up parts, and it runs and drives like a new car.  Tale of the tape is as follows:

1973 Mustang Convertible 3F03Hxxxxxx

Body 76D – convertible, standard interior, bucket seats

Color 4B – Bright Green Gold metallic

Trim CG – Avocado knitted vinyl

Transmission U – C6 Automatic

Axle Ratio 2 – 2.75:1

DSO 46 – Indianapolis

The car is equipped with the following options:

Basic Equipment Group “A”

Cruise-o-matic automatic transmission, power steering, power front disc brakes, AM radio, white sidewall tires (currently has raised letter tires)

Basic Equipment Group “B”

Air conditioning, Tinted glass, full length console with clock

Convenience Group

Trunk light, underhood light, glove compartment light, map light, “Lights on” warning buzzer, automatic seat back release, parking brake warning light, glove compartment lock.

Other options

            Rear bumper guards

            Dual color keyed racing mirrors

            Base wheel covers

The 351C 2V runs like a top and the only thing we found that needed service is the A/C needs charged.  Most of the service of this vehicle was done by the local garage near the owner’s residence, and we have performed the following:

Install new fuel tank and sending unit

            Rebuild the carburetor

            Replace the fuel pump

            Replace the master cylinder

Perform a tune-up and change all fluids

Install new tires (the original spare is in the trunk along with a new spare)

Brake inspection

This is truly a unique and rare opportunity to own a super low mileage first generation car.  Asking price is $22,500 or best offer. For more information please give me a shout.
