Can anyone advise if the soft foam like power steering hose covers being remanufactured and available? If not what is being done to replicate these pieces?

So are you saying it is now available from Daniel Carpenter? If so is there a part number and who sells it?

Check NPD.  I think that's where I got mine a few months ago.

Is the reproduction stuff close or just like the original?

If so glad they carry it now - use to have to buy it from the GM guys/sources. Not that that was a terrible thing :)  Same thing we had to do int he early 90's with the white Thermactor pump fans  ::)

They only sell it in 20" long pieces, I am not sure I have all my original hose covering or where it goes, can you advise where the covering goes on the hoses possibly with pictures, thanks
