Topic: Manual drum brakes w/ Auto transmission info

Just wanted to share this.
I purchased an OEM brake pedal for manual drum brakes with an auto trans. It did not come with a pivot pin and bushings so I purchased another that included the hardware.  On both I uncovered a yellow paint daub on both under the pad.  Wanted to share this so that it can be documented for someone else down the road.  Since both had yellow in the same place I would assume it is factory correct.  Was told it was removed from the car in the 80's and just taken out storage.

I have two of those pedals and they also both have the yellow paint markings
