14 x 5 style wheels 1966

Does anyone know if the style wheel in 14x5 with black outer rim is reproduced in riveted version only with no welds at the rear? thanks

Federal regulation require that current wheels be welded if riveted. I don't know the date that was implemented.

I have a set of 69 rally wheels off of a 69 torino and they are welded

He asked when wheels changed from rivets to welding
so they were riveted in 65 and in 69 they were welded
just trying to help narrow the window
