Sent a PM to OP, but there is a place in Seattle that I just called and verified that does this work on bonded brake shoes and pads(!). I've used them before to make custom clutch discs (pucks), but they will reline your FoMoCo clutch disc to original specs too.

If they do the 18 wheelers they usually do hydraulics too.
Also, look to the forklift guys for hydraulics.
The Seattle outfit above will redo your flexible hydraulic brake and A/C (I believe) lines using your fittings. However, they will do a double, not a single crimp.
